Why trust me with your gut health?
I’m a Registered Dietitian with 25 years’ experience—22 of those in the NHS. I’ve supported people through a wide range of health conditions, helping them recover from illness, injury, and surgery.
Most of my clients have been over 50, and many have struggled with gut symptoms that were affecting their day-to-day life.

As a child, I caught every tummy bug going. Even two months into my first job as a Dietitian, I picked up the worst norovirus from shadowing the paediatric team—lost a week’s pay and gained a story I’ll never forget.
On holidays, I was often stuck in my room with ‘traveller’s tummy’ while everyone else had fun. I didn’t have pain or bloating, so I just got on with it.
Then, in my mid-forties, things changed. My gut slowed down. I became bloated. The turning point came on a summer cruise with my daughter. Despite doing everything I advise my clients—hydrating, walking, eating well—nothing helped. My tummy swelled, clothes didn’t fit, and the indigestion kicked in. Worst of all, I missed out on moments that mattered.
