ABOUT US

Inspirit Nutrition & Dietetic Consultancy (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides private one-to-one dietetic and nutrition consultations for adults.

We are based in Scotland and operate in accordance with Scottish law.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a package or programme via Calendly and completing payment via Stripe, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over only.

By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

OUR SERVICES

We provide one-to-one dietetic consultations which may include:

  • Initial assessment of health, medical and dietary history
    • Review of relevant information
    • Personalised nutrition guidance
    • Follow-up consultations to review and adjust recommendations

All advice is based on the information you provide.

Nutrition advice is supportive and educational in nature and does not replace medical diagnosis or medical treatment. You should continue to consult your GP or specialist as appropriate.

We do not provide emergency medical services.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information
    • Inform us of any relevant changes to your health
    • Follow medical advice from your GP or healthcare team

Outcomes cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for decisions relating to your health and lifestyle.


FEES AND PAYMENT

All fees are clearly displayed at the time of booking.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking via Stripe in order to secure your appointment, package, or programme place.

All prices are stated in GBP.

Where a payment plan is selected, the client agrees to pay the full programme fee in instalments. Instalments remain payable regardless of attendance or completion.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.

We reserve the right to amend fees at any time. Changes will apply to new bookings only.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Individual Appointments

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
    • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a £25 administrative fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
    • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

Packages and Programmes – Before First Session

If a package or programme is cancelled more than 48 hours before the first scheduled session:

  • A full refund will be provided.

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the first scheduled session:

  • A £25 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

Packages and Programmes – After Commencement

Once the first session has taken place:

  • Refunds are not provided.
    • Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not entitle the client to extension or refund.


PROGRAMMES AND PACKAGES

Three-Session Package

The three-session package must be used within four (4) months from the date of purchase.

  • Unused sessions after four months will expire and are non-refundable.
    • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be deducted from the package.
    • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be deducted from the package.
    • Packages are non-transferable.

Gut Reset Method (Four-Session Programme)

The Gut Reset Method consists of four structured one-to-one consultations.

The programme must be completed within six (6) months from the date of purchase.

  • Unused sessions after six months will expire and are non-refundable.
    • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be deducted from the programme.
    • Missed appointments will be deducted from the programme.
CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information is treated as confidential and stored securely.

Information will not be shared without your consent unless:

  • Required by law
    • There is a safeguarding concern
    • There is a serious risk of harm
DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable Data Protection legislation.

Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering services and managing bookings and payments.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, resources, written guidance and handouts provided remain the intellectual property of Inspirit Nutrition & Dietetic Consultancy.

They are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We aim to provide professional, evidence-informed guidance.

However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspirit Nutrition & Dietetic Consultancy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
    • Decisions made based on advice provided
    • Loss of income or opportunity

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.;
